1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SpyBench, operated by Mi Myst, LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds on our behalf.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@greybeardops.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing page or through paddle.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access to paid features continues until then. Renewals that have already been charged are eligible for refund within the 30-day window described above.
