Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

SpyBench is operated by Mi Myst, LLC ("Mi Myst," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating a SpyBench account you enter into a binding agreement with Mi Myst, LLC and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use SpyBench to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, RLS, or our security controls.
  • Do not scrape or ingest content you are not legally permitted to access.
  • You are responsible for forwarding only emails you are authorized to receive.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the emails, pages, and intel you ingest. SpyBench retains ownership of the platform, its analysis logic, and generated synthesis components. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use generated reports for your internal business purposes.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or rate limits from upstream AI providers may temporarily affect functionality.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds on our behalf. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing page or via paddle.net; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions — see our Refund Policy for the full window, process, and how to request a refund through Paddle. Free tier accounts may be downgraded automatically when usage limits are exceeded.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimers

SpyBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated analyses are AI-assisted estimates and should not be treated as legal, financial, or strategic advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyBench's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
